  We arrived and sat waiting around for 30 minutes. We knocked on the door to be told that they had cancelled the viewing on Thursday. Please tell me why you didn’t inform us? We drove up from LONDON(5 hour drive) expeacially to view this property. We have paid for a hotel to stay in. This was the reason we came up.
